The fitted plot enhancer takes data directly from the Avantage software - just copy the active page in Avantage and paste it under 'Data from Avantage' - and renders a plot with more control. A plot similar to figure 1 can be converted to one like figure 2 and if so desired a specific peak can easily be highlighted as shown in figure 3.

On the options page one can:

• change the name and color of the individual traces (currently only by clicking the trace on the legend)
• rearrange the z-order of the traces
• change the order of the traces within the legend
• highlight a single trace
