The 3rd BDS meeting, held in Delft between 23 and 26 August 2004, has brought together about 160 participants from 30 countries being active in the field of dielectric relaxation phenomena and dielectric techniques. During the four intense conference days, 65 lectures (19 invited) and 105 poster contributions have been presented and discussed.

The organizers would like to thank all participants for coming to Delft, for contributing to the scientific program and for taking part in the stimulating discussions.

Important News:

Proceedings
The deadline for submission of manuscripts for the Special Issue in JNCS has been extended. Please submit manuscripts via the EES system not later than 15 September 2004. Details can be found here.

 

Order form for printed proceedings

Authors who are interested in purchasing a hardcopy of the Special Issue in JNCS are requested to return a completed order form (download here) not later than 15 September 2004. The final availability of hardcopies depends on the minimum number of orders (40 copies), so far ~ 20 participants have signed-in.

Next BDS conference
The next BDS conference will be organized by Prof. Jacek Ulanski and Dr. Lidia Okrasa (Technical University of Lodz, Department of Molecular Physics) and held in Poland in September 2006. For details click here.
