The Netherlands CANS Workhsop - Catalysis And Neutron Scattering Considerable advances in neutron sources and instrumentation over the past few decades make neutron scattering techniques very suitable for investigating many aspects of catalysts and catalysis. However, in the neutron community the questions from the catalysis community are not well known and correspondingly, the catalysis community is largely unaware of the possibilities that are now available with neutron techniques. The present workshop therefore aims to bridge the knowledge-gap between the two communities by providing a forum for discussion. The central question is "what are the important questions in catalysis where neutron scattering can help?"
