    2001 American Control Conference
    The 2001 ACC technical program reflects the continued interest in the field of control engineering and its applications in emerging technologies and theoretical developments that are needed to meet the ever-increasing demands placed on control systems. The variety of program sessions should be of value to conference attendees with diverse backgrounds and interests. There are nine tutorial invited sessions, each beginning with an hour-long survey of the thematic topic of the session, followed by brief state-of-the-art presentations of industry applications specially tailored to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and interaction between industrial and academic participants.
